The sentencing of a 53-year-old Orlando, Florida woman brings an end to a federal meth trafficking conspiracy case that stretched from Miami to the Winchester, VA area. Jacqueline Tatiana Cuellar is the “the ninth and final defendant,” according to the US Attorney for the Western District of Virginia.
